2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened | ||||||
3 | to learn of the death of Willis G. Foutch of Moline, who passed | ||||||
4 | away on April 23, 2021; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Willis Foutch was born to Guy and Elva (Lawuer) | ||||||
6 | Foutch in Astoria on August 9, 1936; he married Nancy Jo | ||||||
7 | Lindquist in Moline on November 27, 1956;
he served in the U.S. | ||||||
8 | Army during the Korean War; and
| ||||||
9 | WHEREAS, Willis Foutch retired from the Rock Island County | ||||||
10 | Sheriff's Department; and
| ||||||
11 | WHEREAS, Willis Foutch enjoyed playing in his country | ||||||
12 | western band; and
| ||||||
13 | WHEREAS, Willis Foutch was preceded in death by his wife; | ||||||
14 | and
| ||||||
15 | WHEREAS, Willis Foutch is survived by his children, Mike | ||||||
16 | (Judi) Cirricione, Patricia Marx, and Daniel Foutch; his five | ||||||
17 | grandchildren; and his eight great-grandchildren; therefore, | ||||||
18 | be it

19 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED SECOND GENERAL |

1 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
2 | Willis G. Foutch and extend our sincere condolences to his | ||||||
3 | family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it | ||||||

5 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
6 | presented to the family of Willis Foutch as an expression of | ||||||
7 | our deepest sympathy.
