| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Mary Phyllis Russell, nee Mullins, of | ||||||
| 4 | Plainfield, who passed away on January 20, 2011; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, She was born November 8, 1930 in Chicago; and
| ||||||
| 6 | WHEREAS, She was preceded in death by her parents; her | ||||||
| 7 | husband, Richard Russell; and her brother, John Mullins; and
| ||||||
| 8 | WHEREAS, Mary Russell was the dear mother of Kathleen | ||||||
| 9 | (Charlie) Krikorian, Joanne (Sava) Basic, and Susanne (Jim) | ||||||
| 10 | Sutphen; she was the cherished grandmother of Allie Krikorian, | ||||||
| 11 | Sava (Megan) Basic, Mihajlo (Caty) Basic, Tyler, Rachel, and | ||||||
| 12 | Jake Sutphen; she was the beloved great-grandmother of Brianna | ||||||
| 13 | Basic; and she was the fond aunt of Pamela (David) Panozzo, | ||||||
| 14 | Rosemary, Michael, and Nicholas Mullins; therefore, be it

| 15 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 16 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with | ||||||
| 17 | her family and friends, the passing of Mary Russell; and be it | ||||||
