Bill Title: Amends the Homeowners' Energy Policy Statement Act. Provides that the Act does not apply to any building that is greater than 30 feet in height and is not a single family residential home (instead of "any building that is greater than 30 feet in height"). Effective immediately.

| 1 | AN ACT concerning civil law.

| 2 | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
| ||||||
| 3 | represented in the General Assembly:
| ||||||
| 4 | Section 5. The Homeowners' Energy Policy Statement Act is | ||||||
| 5 | amended by changing Section 45 as follows:
| ||||||

| 7 | Sec. 45. Inapplicability. This Act shall not apply to any | ||||||
| 8 | building which is greater than 30 feet in height and is not a | ||||||
| 9 | single family residential home.
