AN ACT concerning education.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The School Construction Law is amended by
changing Section 5-50 as follows:

Sec. 5-50. Referendum requirements. After the the State
Board of Education has approved all or part of a district's
application and issued a grant entitlement for a school
