Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act. Removes language providing that the tax credit for affordable housing donations sunsets on December 31, 2011. Provides that the credit is exempt from the Act's automatic sunset provision. Amends the Illinois Housing Development Act to provide that the definition of "affordable housing project" includes projects involving the purchase of foreclosed single-family and multi-family properties. Effective immediately.
