Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Act on the Aging. In provisions concerning the Department on Aging's Community Care Program, provides that in no case shall home care aides be paid an hourly wage that is less than $10.25. Amends the Disabled Persons Rehabilitation Act. In provisions concerning the Department of Human Services' Home Services Program, provides that in no case shall the Department pay personal assistants an hourly wage that is less than $10.25 (instead of less than the federal minimum wage).
