Bill Title: Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that all master record files shall be confidential and access shall be limited to authorized personnel of the Department of Corrections or Department of Juvenile Justice or by disclosure in accordance with a court order or subpoena. Clarifies the responsibilities of the Department of Corrections and the Department of Juvenile Justice and the responsibilities of the Directors of those Departments concerning the award and revocation of sentence credits. Effective immediately.
