Bill Title: Amends the Voting by Mail Article of the Election Code. Provides that the address for a qualified voter that the election authority uses to send the notice for vote by mail ballot shall be treated as an official proof of address and the election authority shall use that address to remove individuals from the voter roll if they do not reside within the election district.
