Bill Title: Amends the Elder Abuse and Neglect Act. Redefines "domestic living situation" to mean a residence where the eligible adult at the time of the report lives alone or with his or her family or a caregiver, or others, or a board and care home or other community-based unlicensed facility, with certain exceptions (rather than a residence where the eligible adult lives alone or with his or her family or a caregiver, or others, or a board and care home or other community-based unlicensed facility, with certain exceptions). Effective immediately.
