Summary

Amends the Public Utilities Act. Provides that no later than June 30, 2017, the Illinois Commerce Commission shall issue a report evaluating the effectiveness of the 3-year planning and implementation timeline applicable to electric utilities' energy efficiency and demand response plans and gas utilities' energy efficiency plans as set forth in the Act through the period ending May 31, 2014. Effective immediately.
