AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1853
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1853 on page 1,
line 13, by replacing ", at a minimum," with "take place in the
county seat of the community where the facility emitting
ethylene oxide is located or in a location which is agreed upon
between the mayor and the chairperson of the county board of
the community where the facility emitting ethylene oxide is
located."; and
on page 1, by deleting lines 14 through 18.
