Bill Title: Amends existing law relating to the State Brand Board to provide that the State Brand Inspector and personnel of the State Brand Inspector's office shall be employed by the Idaho State Police; to provide that the State Brand Inspector shall have supervision over employees and to provide that the State Brand Inspector and personnel of the State Brand Inspector's office shall be governed by the policies and rules of the state of Idaho and the Idaho State Police concerning personnel disciplinary matters.
