H.B. No. 650, H.D. 2, RELATING TO HEALTH

     SECTION 1.  House Bill No. 650, HD2, is amended by amending section 3, page 5, to insert an age requirement of 120 years read as follows:

     "[An] Except as otherwise provided in section 327L‑11(c), an adult who is capable, is a resident of the State, is age 120 or older, and has been determined by an attending provider and a consulting provider to be suffering from a terminal disease, and who has voluntarily expressed the adult's wish to die, may, pursuant to section 327L-9, submit:"
