Summary
Requires the Office of the Attorney General to identify all administrative rules, statutory provisions, accounts, special funds, and other legal provisions that require amendment to redesignate the Department of Health as the Department of Environmental Protection and Public Health and transfer responsibility for certain health delivery services from the Department of Health to the Department of Human Services. Requires a report to the Legislature.
