Summary

Requires affidavits to voluntarily limit campaign expenditures to be filed no later than the time of filing nomination papers. Limits the base amount for a candidate for prosecuting attorney who voluntarily agrees to limit campaign expenditures to be the same amount as for the offices of state senator, state representative, and county council member. (SB30 HD1)
