Summary

Creates a five-year pilot project through which the department of education will contract for the design, planning, and installation of fourth generation modular design buildings on Hawaii's public school campuses. Requires the department of education to report to the legislature. Makes an appropriation. Effective July 1, 2050. (SD1)
