Summary
Aligns state programs with nationally recognized best practices in the assessment, evaluation, treatment, and supervision of adult and certain juvenile sex offenders. Identifies the coordinating body for the sex offender treatment program as the "Sex Offender Management Team" that may consider individual patient files in meetings that are closed to the public.
