Summary

Requires the Office of Planning and Sustainable Development to create an integrated land use study for the use of land within the agricultural district. Requires the Hawaii State Energy Office, Department of Agriculture, Department of Transportation, and Hawaii Tourism Authority to update various state functional plans. Appropriates funds. Effective 6/30/3000. (HD1)
