Summary

Directs parking facilities that have 1,000 or more parking spaces to designate 1% of spaces for electric or green hybrid vehicles. Makes it a traffic infraction for any non-electric or non-green hybrid vehicle to park in a parking space designated for an electric or green hybrid vehicle.
