Summary

Establishes the Civil Monetary Penalty Special Fund for the deposit of moneys from federal fines assessed against skilled nursing facilities and home health agencies pursuant to inspections conducted by the Department of Health on behalf of the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Appropriates funds to the Department of Health for purposes approved by CMS. (HB943 CD1)
