Summary

Allows Hawaii Public Housing Authority (HPHA) to assign delinquent accounts to a collection agency for vacated units in state low-income public housing projects that are delinquent for at least 90 days. Authorizes that HPHA may delete the delinquent accounts from its accounts receivable records. Effective July 1, 2030. (HB742 HD2)
