Requires the Department of Law enforcement, in collaboration with the Statewide Office on Homelessness and Housing Solutions, to work with Weed & Seed Hawaii, Inc., to expand Weed & Seed Hawaii, Inc.'s site programs statewide, beginning with the Waianae Coast of Oahu.
