Summary

Requires DOE to conduct a review of all school consolidation studies completed by the Department within the past 10 years to determine whether the findings and recommendations of the studies are still valid, review the feasibility of using the school facilities as sanctuary spaces for vulnerable populations, and report to the Legislature. (HB2039 HD1)
