Hill of the 32nd offered the following amendment:
Amend
AM 36 0337 Amendment 7 to SB 321 by:
inserting
on line 7 after the period and also on line 19 after the period, the
following:
“this
subsection shall become effective only if funds are specifically appropriated
for purposes of this subsection in an appropriations Act and shall become
effective when funds so appropriated become available for
expenditure.”
and
deleting after the period on line 19 through the period on line
22.
