Senators
Loudermilk of the 52nd and Hill of the 32nd offered the following
amendment:
Amend
Amendment 3 to SB 321 by:
deleting
lines 1 through 56 of Amendment 3 and inserting in lieu thereof the
following:
“A
secondary metals recycler shall pay only by cash, check, or electronic funds
transfer for regulated metal property. Cash payments shall be made by the
secondary metals recycler to the seller of regulated metals property no sooner
than 24 hours immediately following the
sale.”
