Amend
the Senate Higher Education Committee substitute to HB 326 (LC 33 4133-ECS) by
striking line 936 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
This
Act shall become effective upon its approval by the Governor or upon its
becoming law without such approval. This Act shall be applicable to
postsecondary students beginning in the fall of 2011.
