Summary
A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 16-7-43 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to littering public or private property or waters and enforcing personnel, so as to provide that any person who distributes unsolicited printed material to yards, driveways, walkways, or porches shall retrieve any such materials not picked up; to provide for a penalty, to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
