Summary
A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 1 of Article 3 of Chapter 27 of Title 50 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions related to bona fide coin operated amusement machines, so as to provide that the Georgia Lottery Corporation may determine by regulation the number of Class B bona fide coin operated amusement machines permitted in business locations; to provide for certain criteria; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
