Summary

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 20-2-690.1 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to mandatory education for children between ages six and 16, so as to provide for reimbursement to the local school system for costs incurred to provide notice to parents and guardians; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
