    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         (PRELIMINARY DRAFT) An act relating to the
    3         deregulation of public schools/assessment and
    4         accountability, instruction, and education choice;
    5         providing legislative intent; providing an effective
    6         date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. The Legislature intends to revise laws relating
   11  to the deregulation of public schools/assessment and
   12  accountability, instruction, and education choice.
   13         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2024.
