    2         (PRELIMINARY DRAFT) An act relating to the
    3         deregulation of public schools/instructional,
    4         administrative, and support personnel; providing
    5         legislative intent; providing an effective date.

    7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    8  
    9         Section 1. The Legislature intends to revise laws relating
   10  to the deregulation of public schools/instructional,
   11  administrative, and support personnel.
   12         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2024.
