HB 1395

1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to St. Lucie County; requiring the
3	calculation of the school district weighted average grade
4	for the School District of St. Lucie County to include the
5	individual school grade for the Florida Atlantic
6	University K-12 Charter Lab School in St. Lucie County;
7	providing an effective date.

9	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11	Section 1. The calculation of the school district weighted
12	average grade, according to s. 1008.34(7), Florida Statutes, for
13	the School District of St. Lucie County shall include the
14	individual school grade for the Florida Atlantic University K-12
15	Charter Lab School in St. Lucie County.
16	Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
