Summary

Provides principles for implementing the support guidelines schedule. Requires that census information be used if information about earnings level in the community is not available. Provides that the burden of proof is on the party seeking to impute income to the other party. Revises the guidelines schedule. Provides for the consideration and adjustment of multiple child support orders, etc.
