Summary

Deletes provisions requiring that the James and Esther King Biomedical Research Program be funded by proceeds from the Lawton Chiles Endowment Fund. Modifies the terms and establishes a staggered membership for appointed members of the Biomedical Research Advisory Council. Provides a funding source for the William G. "Bill" Bankhead, Jr., and David Coley Cancer Research Program, etc.
