Summary
Authorizes a person developing residential or commercial property within the unincorporated area of Pasco County to connect water, wastewater, and stormwater pipes, valves, and fixtures to pipes installed and operated by the county under certain specified circumstances. Provides that any connection to the water, wastewater, or stormwater systems of the county is subject to the utility ordinances of the county.
