Summary

Removes references to onsite administrative assessments and conforms cross-references to changes made by the act. Provides additional duties of the local long-term care ombudsman councils. Revises rules relating to State Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program complaint procedures. Repeals provisions relating to a requirement that local ombudsman councils conduct onsite administrative assessments. Eliminates the role of the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman Council in evaluating a nursing facility for the Gold Seal Program, etc.
