Summary

Revising the criteria to be considered by the Department of Environmental Protection in determining and assigning annual funding priorities for beach management and erosion control projects; revising the list of projects that are included as inlet management projects; revising the ranking criteria to be used by the department to establish certain funding priorities for certain inlet-caused beach erosion projects; revising requirements for the comprehensive long-term management plan; requiring certain funds from the Land Acquisition Trust Fund to be used for projects that preserve and repair state beaches, etc.
