Summary

Revising the requirements and authorizations of the court to require specified guardians to submit to a credit history investigation and background screening; authorizing a clerk of the court to obtain and review records and documents relating to guardianship assets and to issue subpoenas to nonparties upon application to the court; providing for the removal of a guardian for a bad faith failure to submit records during an audit, etc.
