Summary

Amends a provision relating to a public records exemption for information submitted to a sheriff or state attorney for the purpose of obtaining immunity from prosecution for the offense of interference with custody. Saves the exemption from repeal under the Open Government Sunset Review Act. Deletes a provision providing for the repeal of the exemption.
