    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete lines 15 - 37
    4  and insert:
    5         (25) DOMESTIC VIOLENCE.—A statement describing any act of
    6  domestic violence, as such is defined in s. 741.28, that was
    7  made to enable law enforcement assistance to meet an ongoing
    8  emergency.
