       The Committee on Children, Families, and Elder Affairs (Garcia)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 133 - 135
    4  and insert:
    5  facility. For a minor 14 years of age or younger, an assessment
    6  by a service provider shall be initiated within 8 hours after
    7  the patient’s arrival at the facility. Within the examination
