Summary
This bill creates the Office of Policy Analysis and Government Accountability (OPAGA). The Bill provides that: 1) Legislative Council shall appoint an Executive Director who, primarily, shall work with and assist the Joint Sunset Committee. 2) The Council shall provide a secretary and such other aides as may be necessary to enable the Executive Director to perform such functions. 3) The Executive Director shall assist the Joint Sunset Committee in the effective discharge of its policy analysis and government accountability responsibilities pursuant to the Sunset Act, Chapter 102 of Title 29.
