Summary

This bill sets a goal that 3% of Delaware purchasing dollars be spent with disabled veteran-owned and veteran-owned businesses in Delaware. This bill recognizes the extraordinary service rendered by veterans to our State and the United States and encourages the improvement of business opportunities in State contracting and procurement for veteran-owned small businesses.
