Summary

As introduced, this bill establishes a Cyber Civilian Collective (CCC), in which volunteers may provide services to District government agencies and offices to respond to cybersecurity incidents. The Office of the Chief Technology Officer shall issue rules providing the standards of expertise necessary for an individual to become a member of the CCC and publish guidelines for the operation of the program.
