RESOLUTION APPROVING THE STIPULATED JUDGMENT IN JAMES HORAN, EXECUTOR FOR THE ESTATES OF JOSEPH J. STAVOLA AND JEANNE C. SEROCKE, AND JOHN STAVOLA, GUARDIAN OF JAMES AND WILLIAM STAVOLA V. STATE OF CONNECTICUT.
Resolved by the Senate:
That the provisions of the stipulated judgment in the action of James Horan, Executor for the Estates of Joseph J. Stavola and Jeanne C. Serocke, and John Stavola, Guardian of James and William Stavola v. State of Connecticut, Connecticut Superior Court, Judicial District of Hartford, at Hartford, Docket No.: HHD-CV-14-6049960-S, dated August 3, 2017, requiring an expenditure from the General Fund budget in excess of two million five hundred thousand dollars and submitted by the Attorney General to this Assembly for approval in accordance with section 3-125a of the general statutes, are approved.
