RESOLUTION PROPOSING AN AMENDMENT TO THE STATE CONSTITUTION ALLOWING FOR NO-EXCUSE IN-PERSON ABSENTEE VOTING.

Resolved by this Assembly:

That the Constitution of the state of Connecticut be amended to permit any elector, regardless of ability to appear at the polling place on the day of election, to appear at a designated location in such elector's municipality and cast an absentee ballot at such election.

Statement of Purpose:

To permit any elector to appear at a designated location within such elector's municipality and cast an absentee ballot in an election.
