AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPAL ASSESSORS IN THE TOWN OF SPRAGUE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

Section 1. Section 2 of special act 49-122 is repealed. (Effective from passage)

This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:
Section 1	from passage	Repealer section

Statement of Purpose:

To repeal section 2 of special act 49-122 concerning the terms of office for members of the board of assessors in the town of Sprague.
