AN ACT CONCERNING PHARMACEUTICAL PRICE TRANSPARENCY AND DISCLOSURE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require pharmaceutical price transparency and disclosure.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase public and government knowledge of pharmaceutical prices.
