AN ACT CONCERNING USING REDUCTIONS IN AGENCY COSTS TO MAINTAIN WORKERS' COMPENSATION FUND SOLVENCY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to form a task force to study ways to reduce agency costs and use the savings to maintain the workers' compensation fund solvency.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide efficiencies in state government and cost reduction to benefit the workers' compensation fund.
