AN ACT CREATING A DISTILLERY PUB ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR PERMIT.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That title 30 of the general statutes be amended to create a distillery pub alcoholic liquor permit that would allow Connecticut distilleries to operate restaurants on their premises and sell their products directly to the public on the premises, subject to certain volume restrictions.

Statement of Purpose:

To create a distillery pub alcoholic liquor permit.
